Silence.

Even if your the timid, quiet type or w.e, holding things in might be easier than having the courage to say it but talking about it with someone or letting it out is way better than harbouring those feelings making it bigger time and time again until your not able to hold it in any more. Express in any way you want don’t care about what people will think because they don’t know what you are going through.
